1:1 Private Training
(1 Athlete, 1 Coach)

Private training provides fully personalized, distraction free sessions with a dedicated coach, creating a supportive, structured environment where athletes feel safe, understood, and empowered to progress a their own pace

two on one training

2:1 Semi Private Training
(2 Athletes, 1 Coach)

Semi-private training pairs athletes - such as friends or siblings - in a fun, supportive setting where they can receive personalized coaching while building social skills, motivation, and confidence together.

Group aerobic dance session

Groups
(ratio based on needs)

Group training offers structured, coach-led sessions in an inclusive, high, energy environment where Athletes build strength, social skills, and confidence while staying motivated and engaged alongside their peers. (Dance, Yoga, Boxing, Zumba, Functional Body Movements) 

Our Services may include:

  • Core, Balance & Flexibility: Functional movements and corrective exercise

  • Brain & Sensory System: Neurological, cognitive and emotional health

  • Strength and Muscle Development: Anaerobic resistance training

  • Endurance and Stamina Adaptation: Aerobic cardiovascular training

  • Social Skill Development through group fitness participation and inclusion in the gym setting.
